Cameron Campbell
President
Cameron joined United Way of Florence County in March of 2021. She grew up in Florence County, graduated with honors from Francis Marion University, and went on to earn her MBA. Before joining the organization, she worked at Florence County Economic Development Partnership which sparked her passion for the community.
As a proponent of leadership development, she has participated in FMU’s Nonprofit Leadership Institute, TogetherSC’s Carolina Leadership Seminars, and Leadership Florence, among others. She also strives to stay involved in the community. She currently serves on the Duke Energy Regional Advisory Board and FMU’s School of Business Advisory Board and has previously served on others. She is also a proud member of several groups, including Women in Philanthropy, Let’s Talk, and the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce, among others.
Cameron and her husband, Michael, enjoy spending quality time with friends and family and traveling to new places. They have two fur babies – cockapoos named Pippa and Suki.
