BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT

WHEN OPPORTUNITY IS AHEAD OF MEANS

Many individuals face challenges that make starting and maintaining a job challenging or even impossible. These barriers can include a lack of basic needs such as clothing, transportation, childcare, or essential work-related items like uniforms and protective gear.

Without access to these resources, individuals may struggle to enter or stay in the workforce, which can limit their opportunities for financial stability and personal growth. Overcoming these barriers is crucial, not only for the individual’s success but also for the well-being of their families and the broader community.
