Results-Based Accountability Training

What is Results-Based Accountability?

Results-based accountability (RBA) is a method used to ensure that programs or actions lead to meaningful outcomes. It focuses on setting clear goals, measuring progress, and holding responsible parties accountable for achieving those goals. Rather than just tracking activities, RBA emphasizes the importance of producing real, positive results.

About the Event:

United Way of Florence County is pleased to offer a comprehensive training session on RBA to support local agencies in understanding the RBA framework and navigating the application process.

This training aims to provide valuable insights into RBA principles, ensuring that organizations can effectively measure and demonstrate the impact of their programs. Additionally, we will gather feedback from participants on key metrics that will be tracked, helping us refine our approach and strengthen the accountability of funded initiatives.

We encourage organizations to send multiple representatives to maximize the benefit of this session. For those unable to attend the live session, a recording will be made available for later viewing
