United Way's 211 Information & Referral Service is a vital resource that provides free and confidential assistance to individuals in need of support. Operated and funded in part by local United Ways, the 211 service connects individuals with a wide range of services and resources. By contacting 211, individuals can speak to a live specialist who can help connect them with the help they need.

Our Barriers to Employment program provides one-time, short-term assistance to individuals who have documented job offers but need temporary help covering starting costs such as work uniforms, transportation, or providing childcare support.

The VITA program is sponsored by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to help older, disabled, non-English speaking, or low-income taxpayers who need assistance and for whom professional tax preparation may be out of reach.
Our VITA program is temporarily unavailable as of January, 2025
