Ken McClam

Ken joined United Way in September 2025, bringing a background in Business Management. After retiring in 2021 from W. Lee Flowers, he returned to work to stay engaged in the business world and saw United Way as a way to combine business with community service.

He lives in Florence with his wife, Tracy, has three children: Jennifer, Grayson, and Reid, and has two beautiful granddaughters. Ken enjoys home projects and beautifying his yard. He is very active in his church, where he teaches Sunday School, sings in the choir, and serves on several church committees
