Every day, clients contact 211 to access free and confidential counseling services and assistance programs that help with a wide-range of needs. In addition to providing support for those in need, 211 allows United Way to identify service gaps, unmet needs, under-served populations, and common determinants that often lead to crisis.

The phone lines and online access areas are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and are available in over 180 different languages.
